Custom Programs

Whether it’s a keynote to kick off a learning initiative, a comprehensive culture diagnostic, a bespoke training program for executive leadership, or other expert services, Next Element has the expertise and enterprise experience to deliver high-impact engagements that accelerate results and strengthen your internal capability to sustain them.

What works best for you?

Our founders started Next Element with deep expertise in the psychology of behavior change and a commitment to evidence-based practices. Our current team, with backgrounds in clinical psychology, organizational development, corporate leadership, coaching, counseling, curriculum development, facilitation, and conflict resolution training, has worked together for over 15 years to hone the theory, methodology, and application of Compassionate Accountability® in organizations worldwide.

Culture Assessment

In our view, success means you are experiencing lasting changes in behavior that impact your most important goals. We use our valid and reliable assessments to measure productive and unproductive behavior in your culture, identify the strengths and opportunities for improvement, and provide a baseline from which to measure the impact of your Compassionate Accountability initiatives. Either we or your internal learning and development professionals can administer the assessments in the future to measure progress.

Executive Engagements

Leveraging our deep expertise in Compassionate Accountability, we can build programs for your executive leadership team to augment the efforts of your internal resources. We provide intensive skill development, real-time application, and structured sustainment that elevate leaders’ capacity to navigate conflict, drive performance, build relationships, and model the behaviors that shape culture. Whether addressing a critical business challenge or embedding Compassionate Accountability at the highest levels, our programs accelerate mastery and measurable results.

Keynotes

Whether as a stand-alone or to kick off a more comprehensive program or initiative, a custom presentation from Compassionate Accountability author, Nate Regier, PhD, will inspire and engage your people.

Learn more about our Keynotes

Next Element delivered an engaging and impactful session on Compassionate Accountability that truly resonated with the senior leaders in our program. Backed by research, the content came alive with real-life examples and the opportunity to apply the skills in real time, which made the learning experience even more valuable. Our leaders recognized areas for growth while reinforcing the balance between empathy and accountability. This was a powerful learning experience that will have a lasting impact.

Nicole Brusewitz

VP Leadership Development, Learning & Consulting, FCCS

We brought Next Element in to help our senior leadership team build interpersonal trust. The team was skeptical at first, but as they came to understand and practice the approach, they were converted. And the results we’ve seen are practical and tangible. If your team aspires to speak with each other honestly and clearly; to lead with kindness and effectiveness; and to hold each other accountable in ways that bolster rather than sabotage their relationships, Compassionate Accountability is for you.

Director, The Council of State Governments Justice Center

The Next Element team are game changers and our group benefited greatly from the time we invested. A dedication to leadership development is an investment in our caregivers, and an investment in our caregivers makes a more positive impact on our patients and the community.

Don Morris, SPHR, SHRM-SPC

Vice President, People and Culture, Variety Care

As the Chief Medical Officer of a large physician group, we have utilized Next Element to support upcoming leaders in our health system and physicians who are struggling with workplace dynamics and distress. Jamie Remsberg's thoughtful work with us has brought back the joy of compassion to some providers who had seen it slip away. This is an investment in people that makes a difference!

Philip Newlin, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Next Element’s work with us was fast-paced, intense, deep, revealing, empowering, focused, challenging and initially a little terrifying. I went in feeling like I was channeling my 10-year-old, go-to-camp, kicking-and-screaming self. I left feeling 10 feet tall. You go in with communication pain, and come out with a prescription for success.

Next Element delivered! You can trust that they understand, apply, and help all types of people connect, motivate, and remove conflict.

Tracy Weber, Ph.D.

President, Kaleidoscope Learning Circle

I left feeling like I could be more authentic and approachable with my team, and better at understanding others and negotiating conflict. I believe I can trade anger and disappointment when things don’t go well for self-awareness, intentionality in how I communicate and compassionate accountability. Bottom line, Immersion will make me a more agile and effective leader because I can quickly identify leadership behavior patterns that undermine my company’s success.

Vice President of Human Resources, Heartland Credit Union

Our workplaces – and more accurately, our lives – are filled with drama. We may not even realize we’re entering the drama triangle until we are immersed in our habitual drama roles–victim, persecutor or rescuer. The Next Element experience provided us with a way out of that vicious drama cycle. We left with actionable steps that will lead to healthier, more positive communication, both at home and in the workplace.
