Next step in the firm’s R&D work to become the premier training center in the world for high-value organizational change agents.

Next Element has been named a distributor for the U.S. and the Caribbean, reports Gerard Collignon, president of Kahler Communications, Inc. (KCI).

“We are delighted to announce Next Element as a distributor of PCM® in the United States and the Caribbean. We selected Next Element because of the firm’s exceptional reputation for high-quality training, integrity and leadership in the PCM community. The diverse and talented team at Next Element has continuously proven a commitment to uphold and advance the model in its work. Trainers in Next Element’s network will enjoy a broad array of resources to help them be successful.”

“This was an obvious next step for this respected company,” say Taibi Kahler, founder of Kahler Communications. “Next Element is in front of the PCM field as a communication innovator, and has consistently demonstrated integrity, fidelity and relationship-mindedness. PCM trainers are in very good hands.”

Nathan Regier, Ph.D., Next Element founding owner and co-principal, says this is a natural next step for Next Element as it prepares to launch a new global training center and product offering on April 1, 2015.

“As a global advisory firm, we will support, nurture and develop trainers in more intentional and hands-on ways going forward,” says Regier. “Working very closely with Taibi Kahler and Gerard Collignon, we have aggressive plans for PCM to achieve national pre-eminence as a premier communication methodology.”
