LICENSE TO REPUBLISH BLOG POSTS
The following are the terms and conditions under which Next Element Consulting, LLC (“Next Element”) provides a limited, non-exclusive license to republish blog posts from the “Next From Nate” section of the next-element.com website, the copyrights to which are held solely by Next Element. In order to do so, you must agree to all of the following by:
Reading the following; Clicking on the link at the bottom of this page; Completing the form to which that link takes you; and Hitting the “I agree” button to signify your agreement.
If you do not do so, or later do not comply with all of the following, you may not republish any of our posts and any previously granted license to do so hereunder is automatically revoked.
GENERAL TERMS
1. You may republish posts only online and not in a downloadable format. 2. If you or a member or employee of your organization are not certified as a provider of the methodology to which the post relates, you must put the following text after the post: If you have questions or want further information about this subject, please contact Next Element at julie@next-element.com. 3. All republished posts must (a) state the name of the original author, (b) include a link to the original post on next-element.com and (c) include a conspicuous copyright notice in the format: “Copyright [year] Next Element Consulting, LLC. All rights reserved.” 4. You must make the republished post available to the general public and may not charge any fee or require any other consideration in exchange for access to it. 5. The post may be republished only in full and without any modification to the text, except as described below under the heading “Translations”. 6. You will take no action that challenges Next Element’s ownership of the copyright to any post. 7. You will notify Next Element via email at julie@next-element.com each time you republish one of our posts and include a valid hyperlink to the republished post. 8. You will remove any republished post promptly upon Next Element’s request.
TRANSLATIONS
You may translate a post into another language (or a non-American variation of the English language) under the following terms and conditions in addition to the foregoing: 9. All translations will be performed only by persons fluent both in American English and the other language. 10. All translations must be exact, word for word, translations except that (a) modifications to conform to local spelling norms may be made and (b) in the case of idioms that do not have the same meaning in both languages, a local idiom having the same meaning may be substituted. In the latter case, prior to publishing, you must provide Next Element with an explanation of the substituted idiom and the reason for the substitution and obtain Next Element’s emailed consent.
